So, I’m pretty underwhelmed by most of what the long awaited Signature line from Bean has to offer.. well that’s as far as garments go, their clothes never seem to fit me anyways unless it comes in an extra-small. As for the shoes and accessories- I’m pretty excited.

The lovely folks who run Archival Clothing are working on this great rucksack. Think of a rugged Duluth pack but at a more manageable size with some features that are a little more useful for day to day use and not so much epic canoe trips while constructed with a waxed twill that’s comparably stronger than competing style packs. Personally I’m a big fan of the pockets under the flap but wouldn’t mind seeing some on the sides as well.

For sale via Cowan’s Auctions is this spectacular rod-drive bicycle. I really could have used one of these today after putting my drivetrain through the mess that is commuting after a snow storm. Note the oil lamp mounted on the handlebars, so classy.

The lining of my incase sleeve is starting to pull apart so I’ve been browsing etsy for something a little more durable and maybe a bit unique. Plus I’d like to have some cargo space for a charger and headphones. I’m leaning towards the denim number with quilted lining, safe and classy.

Seeing these remind me that winter doesn’t last forever and in only a couple months my boots will shift to the back of the closet. I’d be lying if I said I only wanted a pair for the box because the colors are as equally amazing.

I hesitated on South Willard‘s restock of their suede Quoddy Bluchers, mostly because of the price, and now my size is gone! Oh well, I was however fortunate enough to receive a pair of Bean handsewn bluchers for Christmas so pout I will not. One day Quoddy, one day…
