Weekend at Yvon’s

Spring Caps

Caps from Supreme’s upcoming spring/summer 2011 line, likely the only time supreme products will appear on cork grips though I’ve always been a fan of their patterned caps. I wish I hadn’t hesitated on those great wool blanket caps from their fall/winter line. The patchwork madras number is especially nice and will look even better once I x-acto off that iconic box logo (my forehead is strictly a no-branding zone save for hometown sports teams).

Colossus of Roads

The infamous train scrawling BuzZ Blurr also known as Colossus of Roads- an all time favorite. First three images are by Bill Daniel who is responsible for some great things on the subject of hobo scrawls/monikers including a zine, a documentary compiled from years of 16mm and super 8 film, and a series of photographs.

winter uniform

As February progresses the end of winter is in sight, or at least the end of days below freezing. These have been my go-to pieces for this season, often together as shown above. The cords and bean boots will likely continue into the next couple rainy months.
